Für den Zugang zu Ihrer Box benötigen wir folgende Unterlagen:

Privatpersonen: einen persönlichen Ausweis
Firmen: den Handelsregister-Auszug und eine Unterschriftsberechtigung des Geschäftsführers.

Zudem überweisen Sie die erste Monatsmiete und die Kaution in der Höhe einer Monatsmiete (diese wird Ihnen bei Vertragsende wieder zurückerstattet).

5 ° Sie nehmen Besitz von Ihrer gesicherten Box.

Sie können Ihren individuellen Speicherplatz in Besitz nehmen.

Calculez la valeur de vos biens et vérifiez qu’ils soient couverts par l’assurance que vous prenez.
Étiquetez clairement tous vos cartons de façon à vous y retrouver facilement.
Faites une liste détaillée de vos cartons, vous la conserverez, chez vous ou au bureau
Positionnez les cartons volumineux et lourds à la base du box de stockage et mettez les articles légers sur le dessus.
Ne posez pas de cartons lourds ou objets sur les canapés ou matelas, ils pourraient les déformer.
Utilisez des cartons solides et de taille identique, prévus pour le déménagement et le stockage. Ils n’endommageront pas vos affaires et vous ne perdrez pas de place.
Recouvrez vos biens d’une toile de protection, film anti-poussière. Enveloppez les pieds de table et angles de meubles pour éviter les coups et rayures. Protéger par une couverture ou papier bulle le dessus des meubles.
Enveloppez les articles délicats dans un emballage de protection tel que du papier-bulle et inscrivez la mention «fragile» sur le carton.
Utilisez des cartons penderies pour stocker vos vêtements et ainsi éviter les faux-plis. Les vêtements et la literie devront être nettoyés et complètement secs. Ils seront rangés de préférence dans des housses prévues à cet effet.
Les tondeuses à gazon, moteurs à essence ou gasoil, doivent être vidangés avant d’être entreposés.
Les réfrigérateurs et congélateurs doivent être entièrement dégivrés et séchés pour être entreposer. Leurs portes doivent être entrouvertes pour favoriser la ventilation
Les machines à laver le linge et la vaisselle doivent être entièrement vidangées avant d’être entreposées.
Les ustensiles de cuisine comme les autocuiseurs, mixers doivent être nettoyés et non graisseux.
Les livres et archives doivent être rangées à l’horizontale, et pas posés directement sur le sol.
La vaisselle, les pièces fragiles doivent être emballées dans du papier et rangés dans des cartons.
Pensez à positionner les articles dont vous aurez le plus fréquemment besoin à proximité de la porte du box.

Le self stockage vous permet de louer un local de stockage privatif de 1 à 32 m³, pour une durée d’un mois ou de plusieurs années afin d’y ranger tous vos biens. Vous pouvez y accéder librement grâce à votre clef électronique du lundi au samedi de 07h00 à 19h00 sur les sites de Chéserex, Grens et Essertines-sur-Yverdon. 7 jours sur 7 de 7h00 à 21h00 sur les sites de Gland et Lausanne

Quelles sont les surfaces disponibles?

Les locaux de stockage ont des surfaces au sol entre 1 et 12 m², et des hauteurs sous plafonds comprise entre 2.20 m et 2.70 m

Que coûte un box de stockage?

Un casier de stockage sécurisé de 1 m³ est disponible pour 30.- par mois TTC. Nos tarifs sont calculés au volume, et sont dégressifs selon la taille de l’espace loué. Ils sont également dépendants de la durée de location et du mode de règlement. Nous avons de nombreuses tailles d’espace de stockage différentes. Merci de nous contacter de façon que nous puissions trouver ensemble la solution qui convient le mieux à vos besoins.

Y a-t-il des coûts supplémentaires?

Nous vous demandons un dépôt de garantie équivalent environ au prix de location de votre espace durant un mois. Ce montant vous sera remboursé lorsque vous aurez restitué les codes et vidé le local.
Il n’y a aucun coût supplémentaire. Vous n’avez pas de frais d’entrée ni de frais de sortie pour votre espace de rangement

Quand est-il des assurances?

Toute marchandise entreposée doit obligatoirement être assurée contre les risques d’incendie, de dégâts d’eau et de vol.
Si vous entreposez à titre professionnel, vous avez généralement une assurance commerce qui couvre ce type de risque.
En tant que personne privée, si vous entreposez l’ensemble des biens de votre ménage chez Okbox, vous pouvez demander à votre ou vos assureurs de transférer le lieu du risque à notre adresse.

Quelle est la durée minimale de location?

La durée minimale de location est d’un mois

Dans quel délai puis-je résilier mon contrat?

Vous pouvez résilier votre contrat en tout temps, moyennant un préavis de 10 jours. Nous ne vous facturons que les jours utilisés et non pas le mois entier.

Puis-je faire une réservation?

Si vous n’avez pas besoin de votre local de stockage immédiatement, vous pouvez le réserver pour une date ultérieure, moyennant un dépôt correspondant à une mensualité.

Combien de temps à l’avance dois-je réserver mon box?

En fonction de nos disponibilités, vous pouvez en disposer dans l’heure qui suit.
Nous vous recommandons toutefois de réserver plus tôt pour que nous puissions vous faire bénéficier du local de stockage qui correspond le mieux à vos besoins.

Puis-je travailler dans mon local de stockage?

Nos locaux sont principalement prévus pour y entreposer des biens. Ce ne sont pas des ateliers. Vous pouvez néanmoins y effectuer toutes les opérations de manutention, classement, rangement ou tous autres petits travaux qui n’engendrent aucune nuisance à vos voisins.

Que puis-je entrepose dans mon espace de stockage?

Vous pouvez stocker tout ce que vous désirez, sauf les objets et biens périssables, odorants, toxiques, dangereux, inflammables, explosifs, corrosifs, volatils, ou qui provoquent une gène pour les clients voisins d’une autre manière. Sont également exclus les munitions, les animaux vivants ou morts et tout ce qui nécessite des conditions d’entreposage réglementées, ou dont la possession est prohibée par la loi.

Comment et quand puis-je accéder à mon local de stockage?

Vous accédez au bâtiment à l’aide d’une clef électronique. Chaque box à sa propre alarme et la porte de ce dernier est verrouillée grâce à un cadenas dont vous seul posséder la clef.
L’accès est possible du lundi au samedi, de 7 heures du matin à 19 heures. Des horaires d’accès plus étendus sont possibles sous certaines conditions.

Dois-je transporter mes biens moi-même ou organisez-vous le déménagement?

Vous pouvez tout faire vous-même si vous le désirez. Vous trouverez dans nos locaux les chariots nécessaires pour décharger votre véhicule et amener vos biens jusqu’à votre local de stockage.
Au cas où vous préférez laisser faire un déménageur professionnel, nous pouvons vous recommander des sociétés de confiance.
